Ayaz Ali - Assignment 28
Assignment 28
- I think when thinking of an exit strategy it all depends on how successful the company is going to be or how successful you think it is going to be. I think for me, and assuming the idea is successful, I would look to sell the product within 5 years. I do not think the product will have as much as value as time goes by, and this product was not really meant to be a huge profitable source. I would be happy making a positive impact on society and leaving with a good profit. It is important to know your goals short term and long term, and I think I have a great idea in that aspect. I chose this exit strategy because I think it makes the most sense honestly. I think from the sale of the product, I would look to invest into other opportunities and try to grow my profit from those. It will be great to see the product remain its efficiency even after the sale, and I hope its impact remains positive throughout.
Hi Ayaz,
ReplyDeleteI agree that it all depends on how profitable your product would be. Moreover, after exiting your current business, I believe a good idea would be to invest your money in businesses or causes related to your current business plan. I like how you want to focus in creating a change or making a positive impact instead of focusing in creating big sales. Good post.
Hey Ayaz,
ReplyDeleteI completely agree that your exit strategy is highly dependent on your ability to have success in growing the business to start. I find that the best way to help motivate me to ensure I am able to best plan for my exit strategy is to imagine the business hits all of the goals I will have for it. That way if the business is a success in a large way, you just have to execute your exit strategy.
